KBPilot is an AI-powered platform designed to automate security questionnaire responses. The Service allows users to upload knowledge base documents, create questionnaires, and generate AI-assisted answers using natural language processing and machine learning. The Service is provided on an as-is basis and is intended for business use by companies and their authorized representatives.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for the current billing period, even if you cancel mid-month. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to paid features, though your account data may be retained for a period before deletion.

All intellectual property rights in the KBPilot platform, including software, code, designs, trademarks, logos, and documentation, are owned by KBPilot Inc. or its licensors. You retain all intellectual property rights to your Knowledge Base documents, questionnaires, and user data. By uploading content to KBPilot, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
You warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights to all content you upload and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights.
Your Knowledge Base documents are treated as confidential and proprietary. We do not use your Knowledge Base content to train, fine-tune, or improve our AI models. Your content is used solely to provide the Service to you.
Access to your Knowledge Base is restricted to you and team members you explicitly grant access to. We maintain strict access controls and confidentiality agreements with our employees and contractors regarding customer data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. KBPILOT MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
KBPilot's AI-generated questionnaire responses are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before sending responses to prospects or customers. The Company is not liable for any inaccuracies, misstatements, or damages resulting from AI-generated answers.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KBPILOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Upon termination, your license to use the Service terminates immediately. We may delete your account data within 30 days of termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of KBPilot following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with modifications, you must discontinue use of the Service.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KBPilot regarding the Service. These Terms supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
